Located to the east of Tampa Bay near Lake Parrish, in Manatee County is the township of Parrish,
Florida, a growing and exciting community developing new subdivisions. With many newer homes and
newly built properties, Parrish is rapidly becoming its own distinct brand, with several neighborhoods to
choose from. Home prices range from the low $100s to the mid to high $500s, and there are a number of
choices, ranging from ranch style homes to large estate residences between and around the intersection
of US 301 and State Road 62, the central hub of the city.

State Park, Duette Preserve, Duette Park, and Lake Manatee State Park. Fish, camp, hike, bike, kayak,
picnic, and explore among the natural backdrop.

Museum, Gamble Plantation Historic State Park, and The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. The
